After installation, do I have to pay for maintenance and takedown?
Answer: The Shine program is meant to be simple and easy! You pay for your lights in year one and labor. In subsequent years you pay for just the labor portion. You WILL NOT pay for maintenance for the first three years!
What happens if I have an issue with my lights?
Answer: When we install your lights, we give you a QR Code to make us aware of a service issue. We resolve ALL service issues within 24 hours.
How early can you install my Christmas lights?
Answer: We start installing both traditional Holiday lights and Halloween lights in early October. We can always install your lights in October, leave the timers not plugged in and come back around to plug-in timers when appropriate.
Where can you install Christmas lights?
Answer: We have installed on roof lines, roof pitches, pool houses, stake lighting to outline a driveway, palm trees, every other type of tree and bush, and many more.

Answer: We do not like to turn down business, but we do NOT hang lights that you already own. We stand behind our product, our service and warranty program, and how the lights are maintained/stored throughout the year.
