Chris Fisher, CEO
Chris washed his first window in 1999 with a gas station squeegee and had no idea that would lead to millions of windows being washed with the help of amazing people in one of the greatest industries in America – franchising. Today, Chris leads a growing franchise system, with over 45 locations nationwide, of passionate leaders committed to their mission of “Being a Light” by growing profitable businesses that care about their team members and the communities where they serve.
John Blair, VPO
John joined the Shine team in April, 2020. With more than 20 years of franchise experience, John has worked in executive roles at Fortune 100 companies, family-owned businesses, medium-sized businesses, the non-profit sector, and as a business owner. John’s role includes supporting Shine franchisees with ongoing coaching focusing on a growth-oriented mindset, while working to ensure operations simplicity for a talented team of Shine professionals.
