What We Do at Shine
Available Positions: Technicians and Team Leaders
Technicians: $15 – $18
Crew Leaders: $16 – $26 + Commission

As a technician, you’ll work closely with other team members to provide our services to our customers. You’ll drive to their homes or businesses, perform our services, and ensure that we meet their expectations. As a team leader, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, manage a team of technicians, and help grow our business. We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers.
