What We Do at Shine
Available Positions: Technicians and Team Leaders
Technicians: $15 – $18
Crew Leaders: $16 – $26 + Commission

As a technician, you’ll work closely with our team to ensure that our customer’s homes and businesses are looking their best. From driving to their locations to delivering outstanding services, you’ll play a vital role in meeting their expectations.
Moreover, as a team leader, you’ll be given more responsibilities to help us grow our business and take it to the next level. You’ll be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent services. We’re looking for reliable and friendly individuals who are willing to go above and beyond to make a positive impact in our community.
