John & Kristen Corrigan — Owner, Shine of Littleton

After long careers in the Retail and Hospitality fields, John & Kristen decided to take their experience in customer service and team engagement and build their own service business. They are passionate about their team, their customers, their community and about building a strong culture of brightening the market, one home or business at a time. Their motto is to treat every customer the way they would want a company to treat their own mothers. The team at Shine of Littleton exemplifies this sentiment and John & Kristen could not be more proud of the team! Beyond Shine, John & Kristen have one amazing son, and enjoy travel and time spent with family (and are avid sports fans).

The Team Behind the Work

The people who show up at your door, trained, background-checked, and committed to the work.

Joshua H

Master Crew Leader

Josh brings years of Home Services expertise to this position. Having spent years in private/family business and corporate roles, including a strong focus on installation of window treatments, there is almost nothing Josh has not come across, and he is a terrific trainer for the team. Josh is more than a Master Crew Leader - he is an integral part of Shine's Leadership, and has been with Shine since just after we opened in 2021. Originally from California, Josh is a dedicated family man and loves working with his hands and conquering new challenges.
Justin M

Senior Technician

Justin has been with Shine since 2022, and has not slowed down yet. He sets the pace with the team, and has one of the strongest work ethics you'll find. He has family in California and tries to get out to see them as often as he can.
Steve L

Crew Leader in Training

Steve joined Shine in the Summer of 2026, and has fit right in. A kind, caring and introspective man, Steve passionately cares about doing things at the highest level. He was born in Connecticut, and still has family elsewhere, but has established strong roots in Colorado. When not working, he enjoys time long boarding and hiking with his girlfriend.
Tanner K

Senior Technician

Tanner started with Shine in September of 2026. Among his other experience, Tanner brings several years of Window Cleaning and Holiday Lighting experience, most of which has been done as a contractor for companies. He is very even tempered and adaptable, and does high quality work.
Tyler C

Crew Leader

Our resident rocker, Tyler spent several years as a founding member of local heavy metal band (Harbour). Tyler has been with Shine (off and on) for 4 years. Tyler is a very engaging and creative young man, always with a quick smile and kind word for others.

More Than a Service. A Neighbor

John & Kristen Corrigan didn't start Shine of Littleton just to run a business. They built it around a mission that's guided Shine for more than 25 years, and one they believe in personally: Be a Light. That means treating your home or business like it belongs to a neighbor, because to this team, it does.

For Shine of Littleton, the work is about relationships, not transactions. Showing up when they say they will. Doing the job right. Being the kind of local company Greenwood Village is glad to have. And it goes beyond the property line: Shine owners give back to the communities they serve.

As part of the national Shine network, Shine of Littleton combines the training, technology, and Shine Satisfaction Guarantee of a trusted national brand with the heart of a locally owned team that lives by one idea: be a light where you live.
