Dave Russell is the owner of Shine of Ann Arbor and Shine of Lansing, where he's committed to delivering top-quality exterior and interior cleaning and a great experience for every customer. He takes pride in building strong teams and lasting relationships in the communities Shine serves. Outside of Shine, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids.

Brady keeps Shine of Lansing running smoothly, making sure every customer is taken care of from the first call to the finished job. He brings 7 years of Shine experience and a commitment to organization and great service to the team. When he's not in the office, Brady enjoys video games and home improvement projects.
James Burnett

Sales and Customer Success

James leads sales and customer success for Shine of Ann Arbor and Shine of Lansing, making sure every customer gets a great experience from their first quote onward. He brings 11 years of experience and a strong focus on building lasting customer relationships. When he's not helping customers, James enjoys painting, writing, and gaming.
