Tiana & Myles Alden — Owner, Shine of Knoxville

Meet Tiana and Myles, the dynamic duo behind the Shine franchise opening in Knoxville! They are thrilled to illuminate Knoxville even brighter by servicing homes and business owners in the area. Their passion lies in fostering connections within the community and providing valuable, quality services that help owners better enjoy and preserve their homes and businesses. With a strong foundation in leadership, accountability, and transparency, Tiana and Myles bring a wealth of professional experience to their Shine franchise. They also uphold a high standard for quality and customer service, which guides their work and communication style each day. Outside of work, they are actively involved in various aspects of the community through their children’s interests and hobbies - from soccer and volleyball to community service, Boy Scouts, and martial arts. They also enjoy spending time outdoors, Tiana gravitates towards gardening while Myles ventures out to the woods for a good hike. Tiana and Myles are excited to embark on this new journey with their Shine franchise and look forward to serving the Knoxville community with integrity, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
