Bart Capristo — Owner, Shine of York County

Bart is the proud owner of Shine of York County. Bart is thrilled about the opening of his Shine franchise and the opportunity it brings to become an integral part of the local business community. Serving customers lies at the core of Shine's mission, and Bart is excited to bring their dedication of excellence to every interaction. Bart's first trips to Myrtle Beach and the Outer Banks, when he was a teenager, planted the seed of becoming a Carolinian. After a successful career in corporate America, Bart and his wife decided it was time to move to South Carolina. Although Bart and Linda are newcomers to the area, they're eager to immerse themselves in the community. They've taken steps to connect by joining a local church and the Chamber of Commerce. These connections are just the beginning, and they look forward to further involvement with the community. Outside of work, Bart enjoys cooking (especially bbq!), and woodworking.

More Than a Service. A Neighbor

Bart Capristo didn't start Shine of York County just to run a business. They built it around a mission that's guided Shine for more than 25 years, and one they believe in personally: Be a Light. That means treating your home or business like it belongs to a neighbor, because to this team, it does.

For Shine of York County, the work is about relationships, not transactions. Showing up when they say they will. Doing the job right. Being the kind of local company Fort Mill is glad to have. And it goes beyond the property line: Shine owners give back to the communities they serve.

As part of the national Shine network, Shine of York County combines the training, technology, and Shine Satisfaction Guarantee of a trusted national brand with the heart of a locally owned team that lives by one idea: be a light where you live.
