Cami Wilson — Owner, Shine of Frisco-Plano

Cami Wilson is a proud native Texan and the owner of Shine of Southlake and Shine of Plano–Frisco. As a woman-owned and locally operated business, Cami is passionate about helping homes and businesses shine through professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, house washing, and holiday lighting.

Cami leads her teams with a commitment to excellence, positive energy, safety, fun, and servant leadership. She believes great service means more than completing a job—it means caring for each property, building lasting relationships, and treating every customer like a neighbor. Cami is a devoted wife, mom of five boys, and grandmother affectionately known as “Yeehaw Grami.” She is a woman of faith and grit who strives to lead with purpose, serve others well, and leave her family and community better than she found them. Cami hopes to leave a lasting legacy built on faith, family, hard work, service, grit, and love—encouraging others to shine their light and make a positive difference wherever God places them.

More Than a Service. A Neighbor

Cami Wilson didn't start Shine of Frisco-Plano just to run a business. They built it around a mission that's guided Shine for more than 25 years, and one they believe in personally: Be a Light. That means treating your home or business like it belongs to a neighbor, because to this team, it does.

For Shine of Frisco-Plano, the work is about relationships, not transactions. Showing up when they say they will. Doing the job right. Being the kind of local company Frisco is glad to have. And it goes beyond the property line: Shine owners give back to the communities they serve.

As part of the national Shine network, Shine of Frisco-Plano combines the training, technology, and Shine Satisfaction Guarantee of a trusted national brand with the heart of a locally owned team that lives by one idea: be a light where you live.
